How do I get my download?
Every product is an instant digital download. After you buy on Etsy, open your Etsy account, go to Purchases and choose Download Files. You'll also get an email from Etsy with the same link.
Can I edit and fill in the files?
Yes. Fillable PDFs open in Adobe Acrobat Reader and most PDF viewers, so you can type straight into the fields. Products with a Canva-editable version include the Canva link in the Read Me file inside your download.
Do I need Canva or special software?
Only for the Canva-editable products, and a free Canva account is enough. Everything else works with a standard PDF reader or Excel/Google Sheets.
Can I print them?
Yes. Every document is built to print cleanly on standard US Letter paper, and the fillable ones work on screen too.
Can I use them for more than one property?
Yes. The license covers your own rental business, including every unit you manage. See the license line below for what isn't allowed.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Files are licensed for personal business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
Are these legal documents?
They're organizational tools, not legal advice. Landlord-tenant law varies by state and city, so check your local rules or ask an attorney before relying on any document for legal purposes.
What if a file won't open or something is missing?
Write to support@thepropertypaperco.com with your Etsy order number and what you're seeing, and I'll fix it or send a replacement file.
What's your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, they can't be returned. If something is wrong with your file, contact support and it will be made right. Purchases are made on Etsy, so Etsy's purchase protection also applies.
