Our products are instant digital downloads. Here's how buying, downloading and getting help works.
How you buy
Purchases are made through our Etsy shop. Etsy handles your payment, your receipt and your download, so Etsy's terms and buyer protections apply to your order too.
Your download
Right after you pay, your files are available in your Etsy account under Purchases (choose Download Files). Etsy also emails you. Every download includes a Read Me file that explains how to open, fill in and print each document. We recommend keeping your own backup of the files.
Returns and refunds
Because a digital download can't be returned once you have it, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, buying the wrong item, or a document that isn't the right fit for your situation. Etsy's default policy for digital items is the same.
If something is wrong
Tell us first. If a file won't open, a page or link is missing, or your purchase isn't what the listing described, email support@thepropertypaperco.com with your Etsy order number and a short description. A screenshot helps. We'll fix the problem or send a replacement file, and we'll work out any other resolution case by case. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Please check before you buy
Read the listing to see what's included, which file formats you'll get (fillable PDF, Excel or Google Sheets, Canva) and what you need to open them. Fillable PDFs work in Adobe Acrobat Reader and most PDF viewers. Canva-editable documents need a free Canva account.
If we can't resolve it
You can also open a case through Etsy. Etsy decides whether an order is eligible under its own policies.
